Debora is a talented graphic digital designer who creates intricate, innovative designs and illustrations.

My name is Debora A. Parentes and I am a full-service Graphic Designer based in the New York/New Jersey area. I have worked professionally since 2002 on many exciting projects including, branding, corporate, advertising, web design, photography, motion graphics, interactive documents and illustration.

I'm passionate about my work and I continue to develop my skillset to ensure I can service my employer/client the best I possibly can. I have a Fine Arts Degree from Union County College in New Jersey. In 2009 I completed the Web Design Certification Program at Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. I am currently attending the Web Programming Continuing Education Program at School of Visual Arts in NYC and Social Media classes at FIT. I'm also passionate about photography and in love with my Nikon D7000.

As my skillset has grown, so too has the media in which I have worked with. My online media portfolio consists of my best work for a wide range of industries. I have enjoyed working both as a freelance designer and as a corporate graphics designer.

What is DAP?

DAP are my initials that I have applied as my freelance design studio brand. DAP is a creative design studio that develop identities, print, web sites, and interactive projects for clients across multiple industries.

The design team at DAP strive to make each project we work on the best it can be, and to exceed our clients expectations.

This site is getting famous!

The DAP website has been recognized by Tripwire Magazine, DesignModo and Template Monster blog as one of the best examples of sites using horizontal scrolling for main navigation. Creating my own personal portfolio website was probably be the most difficult design project I ever did.

This site will continue to serve both as a way to see my work, my design approaches, and wide range of media expertise.
